Over the last 30 years, Ken Thompson and Associates, Inc. has successfully planned and developed a number of prestigious golf course, waterfront, and retirement communities in the Washington/Virginia area. These include River Ridge, a full continuum-care retirement community; Lake Ridge Point, a waterfront community on Lake Occoquan, and the award winning Westridge, a 500-acre planned community in Woodbridge, Va. Ken Thompson also worked with the City of Manassas Park to develop Blooms Crossing, a 1600-unit planned community complete with a championship 18-hole golf course. His firm also developed the last waterfront community at Montclair in Prince William County.
Ken Thompson and Associates, Inc. has won numerous awards from the National Association of Homebuilders and Professional Builder magazine, and has been a recipient of the Metropolitan Washington Builder Association's "Best Planned Community" award.
Diane Cox Basheer, president of Diane Cox Basheer Communities, has developed and built more than 4,000 luxury homes in the past 25 years, throughout the greater Washington Metropolitan area.
